An insulated concrete slab with radiant heating combined with an ICF foundation forms the base for an energy efficient home.

This custom designed home under construction in Calgary, is really beginning to take shape now that the drywall is up. Beautiful coffered ceiling in the living room, large windows across the back of the entire home allowing passive solar gain during our winter months, a vaulted master suite with large character ensuite and a fully developed basement.
