Dyeing Prette 4 Ewe

Another shawlette for a special person, my sister. Don’t tell her, it’s a surprise. I dyed the yarn to resemble the common redpoll she had in her garden for the first time ever two weeks ago.

I dyed and crocheted this shawl for a special woman in my life, my Mom. I dyed the yarn soft yellow, marbled browns and a hint of deep purple. I wanted the colors to represent honey bees. I have a soft spot for bees these days. They are so important to everything on earth.
