This painting was bought by a dear friend at my very first show. She has since passed, and the painting came back to me. I will treasure it forever in memory of her.

I never really finish my paintings. I just look for that spot of reasonable and somewhat consistent incompleteness. Then the viewer can go that final step themselves. Do you think this painting is done? (Acrylic, 32x72)
