Here we have two videos. Video #1 I asked Klassy just to start shooting and gave no instructions. We can see that we have a few problems. Hands are tight to his body, body positioning isn’t great and he is standing straight legged. which means he will have trouble generating power into the shot. Video #2 body positioning is better.
