You’re looking at a Qualified TRX Suspension Trainer Instructor!! This past weekend I went to Calgary for the TRX STC Education Course. It was amazing. It was so amazing in fact that I will be returning to Calgary in December to take a second course! I learned so much and can’t wait to share what I’ve learned at #dynamicfitness204 classes! I also find it a lot more fun and engaging than sweating my ass off on a stairmaster or treadmill. If we want to get deeper into it, box jumps increase maximal power output, improves rate of force development, improves loading and landing mechanics and enhances your dynamic strength and power. This equals IMPROVED PERFORMANCE & ATHLETICISM. Progressions & regressions: Step instead of jump. Play around with different box heights.
