Due to a safety issue on the private cellular tower located on the property of the West Guilford Landfill, the West Guilford Landfill is temporarily closed on Monday, March 1, 2021. The Haliburton Landfill (222 Industrial Park Road, Haliburton) will be open Monday, March 1, 2021 until 5 p.m. to accommodate those that would normally use West Guilford Landfill.

Happy World Radio Day! We are lucky to have 100.9 Canoe FM Community Radio and 93.5 Moose FM in our community! If you have a non-working radio, it can be dropped off for recycling at Dysart's landfills during regular operating hours. Consider donating working radios to Thrift Warehouse or other reuse centres.
