The most fun and dynamic workout ever. Includes warm-up and cool-down stretches. Perfect for weight loss, muscle strengthening, and strength building. If you wa...nt to challenge yourself, you can add extra exercises to this to make it a longer workout. You can simply repeat it as well as you get used to it. This is my favourite full-body workout. Let me know what you think after you try it:) Workout Break Down Dynamic Warm-up 1. Neck stretches 2. Hands and shoulder stretches 3. Hands to leg taps 4. Hands walk to push up position, legs straight 5. High knees 6. Folded Leg Zigzag (for lack of better word. see 2:28) Work Out Exercises- 20 reps each- Repeat as able. You can also do 15 reps x 3 each set. First set: 1. Glute Walk Outs. Contract glutes, core tight. 3. Kneel Squat Alterations 4. Push up to side plank. Core tight, hips stable Break Deep breathing, drink water- Keep it under a minute, do not cool down (if you do, repeat the warm-up). Second Set: 1. Bend over W-can do it without a band as well, just keep arm movement stable. 2. Sit-ups 3. Hallow Though-Fun! -Hands-on the floor from the back, then kick through to a straight plank. 4. Lounge stretches Stretch Do what feels good or follow along with my stretch End. Well-done! With people staying at home, it is easy to stay sedentary, which will worsen anxiety, stress and lead to poor health whether people catch covid19 or not. I think that exercise shouldn't be hard or too long, it should just be a good challenge. 5 min a day every day or every other day is better than going a few days without exercise at all. So, I will be sharing with you my short workouts from home videos. Let's work out together from home. Stay tuned for my regular uploads. And we can still go outside as long as we maintain our distance from others because sunlight is so important.

Since 2009, we worked with Dzaleka Project volunteers and Umoja Operation Compassion Society to sponsor John family. Yesterday, this courageous family arrived in Canada, Vancouver. Thank you to all the volunteers who contributed towards this sponsorship and now towards their settlement needs. The family is very grateful for your support and generosity

Though many people may not use these specific skills in their day-to-day lives, the confidence in this Student is very transferrable to many other areas of lif...e in terms of believing in one’s self and knowing that hey have the skillset to problem-solve when knowledge or resources are limited. when they will have the opportunity to earn their secondary certificates. All three have their sights set much higher, however. Leah's goal is to become a doctor. Ndizihiwe, who loves to build things, wants to become an engineer. And Yese is interested in studying computer science and engineering. On this point, the usually quiet Yese feels empowered to speak for his teammates. "All of us are planning to continue in school. We all just want to continue our education." #DzalekaSecondaySchool #HighEd #FutureMaker #SelfBelieve #HaveApurpose See more

Our Stories Begin every day and not only the day we were born. If there is one thing important to tell a friend is to leave every struggle of yesterday and live the happy moment at that particular hour. Refugees, Immigrants, the Poor, the Sick, and thos in any form of sadness will not stay like that forever. Your pain will one day subside and your story will start afresh. #Canada150, #Canada, #Refugeewelcome, #love, #Immigration, #Syria, #Somalia, #Kenya, #DRCcongo

Imagine yourself in a position where the only option you had left is a choice one would never want to make. You wake up everyday like you are on a mission...Its day time but you see darkness...You could call on someone but even God seems to not be listening...you are hopeless and lost... Not giving up is easily said than understood...But the end point is that we should never have to make that one decision that would end our life because we never know who needs us and how far we might go...
