Finally got this Luxman set all buttoned up and testing in the bigger room.

I've been slowly but surely working away on the wooden cover for the Yamaha CA-1010.

After some cleaning and detailing, and the L/R level controls flushed, it's time to slap the front elements back on. It really is looking sharp again, considering that when it landed here none of the old lights worked.

As promised, more Luxman action; the M-02 power amplifier that I mentioned earlier is now getting more bench time.

The latest addition to the collection: Yamaha GE-5. Because, apparently, I don't have enough graphic equalizers This is the 2nd time I've owned this exact model. Shouldn't have sold the first one.

I rarely pay much attention to the dual tape decks' classifieds, but found this one randomly. I like what I see. Too bad that there's no action shot of those double level meters. What a cool machine. I don't need another tape deck, but if I was on the market for one, I'd be pretty tempted to play with something like that one. Finally able to hook this very elegant h/k 730 receiver up to the big speakers and a turntable. It works, and looks, very nicely again.
