2021. The year almost everyone feels hope for. Not so much the hope of a new year, new me. More so the hope of any kind of resemblance of normal. . While you are not alone in that wish I do have to say 2020 has done some amazing things for me and my life. I have:... Become a mom. And no matter what trials I have had to overcome, my daughter means more to me than I could have ever imagined. While I always knew I would like being a mom, I had no clue how much I would be willing to let go (not give up because I don’t view it as giving things up), for her. She is my husband’s and my greatest joy and accomplishment. . 2020 has taught me the value of looking in, and calming down. Enjoy the moment. Be in the present. Truly live. (Despite being in many many lockdowns). 2020 has shown me the people I am closest too. The friends we have chosen to be our family. My family who is not physically close to us, but is close because we choose to always connect and be in one another’s lives. 2020 has also given me time to find my resilience. To really find my niche of what I am supposed to be doing with my life. I hope that you all join me in 2021 being the best versions of yourself that you can be. If 2020 has taught us truly anything, it is that life is short, insanely crazy things do happen, and we all need to live the best versions of ourselves. Despite those that may try to hold us back.
