Almost cleaned up and gone last. Bit of the panel and dormer tomorrow then some wall flashings

Pictures of the progress of our August long weekend project. We ended up resheeting two sides of this semi due to excessive water and mositure damage on 3/8 plywood . Not only was there water coming through, the lack of ventilation caused moisture to rot the plywood so we added 4 extra vents to make a total of 8 vents for this project. Now it can breathe the way a roof should

Progress photo's during last weeks heat wave. Things are slowly coming together. We have added lots of vents and had to add valley metal as the installation didn't include valley metal or ventilation previously. Probably a fair assessment on why this was the worst block of the street. Remember , when hiring a contractor, always make sure they follow building code, and are looking out for the best interest of you, their customer . Not cutting corners to put more money in thei...r pocket . Completion Photo's and possibly another starting coming up this week folks so stay tuned This installation was done with BP Everest 42 shingles and Armour Guard A.P.C based on client installation specs, Ventilation was chosen to be square roof vents, which we upgraded to the largest 75 cm vents possible to allow maximum air flow through this beast of a block. Clients chose a California closed valley as their valley finish to keep things looking pretty immediately . We did recommend an open valley due to the pitch, however client specified the immediate need for closed valleys. Roof we did last fall. Back this year to dig big O drainage system and reshingle the only panel we werent contracted to do last year. Atleast now this beautiful couple knows their rental investment is completly warrantied by Guerrero Exteriors Roofing & Landscaping

Quick project wrap up the week . a reshingle on a freshly laid roof. Many leaks since the install and a contractor refusing to return to fix his mistakes. Guerrero to the rescue. GAF - Roofing Timberline HD shingles to match the existing black architecturals. Not only did we properly seal and shingle the roof, we removed the ineffective vents and upgraded the roofs venting to a Cobra roll ridge vent. Chimney cap and flashing work pictures to also be updated over the weekend ... Special congrats to Autumn for laying her first shingles on this job. Dundon Drive Exterior Transformation

Base sheet buttered time for perimeter detail on this torch on project. Completion photos coming tomorrow

Some progress photos from our Dundon Road project. We are using Max Def Moire Black Certainteed Landmark shingles with complete roofing system including ridge vent upgrades. Stay tuned for more progress photos aswell as fresh new color on the window capping facia and eavestroughs
