I will soon be posting some pictures of some beautiful flutes I've been creating. I will have C,D,E & F and then I'll make some A's. I know it's been a while since I've posted but I've had lots to do with the new upcoming BW album "The Call of the Drum and the book I've been working on for so long called "I Am My Father's Book.". I'm hoping to have both of these out by Fall this year. Also, I've started a new YouTube Channel under my name featuring songs old and new, drum, flute & guitar. And I've been following the prompting in my spirit to post songs and words of encouragement about 4 times a week on Broken Walls and my personal Facebook Channels called "I greet you, how is your spirit?" I just finished a few flutes. They sound beautiful. 1 A is a blend of Cedar and Sitka Spruce with a Cherry Block. The other A is all Cedar. The E is Sitka Spruce with a Swamp Cedar Block.

I want to apologize for not being very visible here for the last season. I have been updating my studio and quite busy working on the new Broken Walls album "Call of the Drum." I'm hoping for a spring release. Also, we are in the middle of repairing our home. There were some construction errors in the past that had to be repaired and this has a way of changing life a bit. I just finished some D,E,G&A Flutes!

I recently received a question from an Eaglewind flute owner who was having problems with condensation build up and reduced sound quality. I thought many could benefit from the answer. Jonathan Hi Andrew, that is typical, just as with any wind instrument. Turning away from people and doing a really hard blow will give you more, almost fresh playtime. If you can get used to removing the block and physically wiping away condensation, that will have a longer lasting result.... If you do the hard blow before it is completely deteriorated you can play much longer. See more

Just finishing some beautiful A flutes in Red Cedar, Sitka Spruce and Yellow Cedar.

Just completed a special order of some beautiful serving boards, made of Maple and Cherry. Lots of work but they came out lovely. They have indented area on the ends to pick them up from a flat surface. Great for Charcuterie. 3 sizes 17 x 10" - 21 x 10" and 25 x10"

Just finishing up some cool bone and horn necklaces. Check them out. Broken Walls will be heading for Carlisle Pennsylvania on Wednesday. We'll do workshops, concert and worship sessions.
