People around the world have spent the past year trying to dodge a deadly virus, everyone has learned more about masks, social distancing and washing hands than anyone thought possible. World Health Day might have been yesterday but if we have learned anything from covid, it is the fact that our medical workers and caregivers deserve more than just one international day of recognition. Our community is grateful that they are striving to support the increase in demand for their services due to the social isolation and the mental health impacts of this crisis.
