Determination sometimes takes an ugly twist in that it looks like it will disappear. Last Wed. late afternoon bad news arrived. My determination took a nose dive when I discovered my apartment building was sold to a major developer in Metrotown. My area Metrotown because of a previous mayor's sell out to deveolpers put renter's peace of mind at risk. Over the past few years I joined a couple of protest groups & my building was not in jeapordy. Since Wed my peace of mind w...as at risk. I received lots of support from friends & my Agape Burnaby Church. Today I rec'd a couple of boosts to my morale. I serve as AREA DIRECTOR for Toastmasters & discovered my Area 84 Clubs achieved their membership renewal goal. I am happy for my clubs that I am responsible for & sent them a congratulations email. My second morale boost was unexpected as this AM I viewed a very inspiring interview of a person who faces fear head on a highwire artist, entertainer, & author. He encouraged my life & heart that I will be able to handle the challenge I face with my housing. It is a very interesting, engaging, & inspiring interview & I am sure you will enjoy it by listening to 100% of the conversation BE INSPIRED.
