Snapped a few pasture pictures of heifer calves last night. Come check them out at the farm, visitors always welcome!

There may not be any shows this summer but its still fun to play with the calves! We've got another great crop of Earlybird Express calves this year.

Good morning juniors!!!!!! It is with great sadness and disappointment that the planning committee of this years' East Coast Round Up announce that we are cance...lling this years event which was to be held in Sussex, NB on May 16-17th. This pandemic does not have a timeline and we feel that there is a good chance we will still be practicing social distancing by then so in keeping with the majority of organizations, we will cancel for now. The MJHA are hoping to have some sort of virtual meeting (Zoom) at some point in the near future to elect the new executive and national delegates. So please keep checking back from time to time. Keep safe everyone and keep washing ! Tomorrow is the day! Come have a visit and check out this set of calves along with the rest of the herd. We've got some excellent 4-H prospects that will be very functional cows, along with a couple herd bull prospects. GAR 8G. One of our EXPRESS daughters out of a GHC Mach II daughter pictured below. We will be hosting an open house in September with dates coming soon! Make plans to stop by and take a look. Cattle will be for sale by private treaty.

Earlybird Express walking the pastures this summer. His first crop of calves is coming along nicely. Keep your eye out for pictures of the calves or come check them out at the farm!

Cows are finally all out to pasture and we got a couple pictures of one of our Mach II two-year olds (GAR 9D) and her mother GAR 127Y.

Congratulations to Brendale Acres on winning Supreme Champion in the Masterfeeds Junior Beef Heifer show with a daughter of Earlybird Roxy! She was also the Canadian National Intermediate Champion yearling, a son of Roxy was Intermediate Bull Calf Champion, and Progeny of Dam was won with the Roxy progeny. Great to see success like this stem from our program!
