Let’s create a fun and healthy snack that your children will be able to be a part of the process! What you’ll need: Bananas... Pretzels Strawberries Raisins Marshmallow / chocolate chips (optional) Directions: 1. With adult assistance, slice one banana into slices 2. Slice the strawberries in half to create a hat 3. Have children place the bananas and remaining fruit on to a plate to take the shape of a snowman 4. Create a face with the raisins and / or chocolate chips 5. Use the pretzels as arms 6. Marshmallows can be used as snow 7. Enjoy your snowman snack! This fun and easy snack is a great way to encourage a love for fruits and vegetables within your children. Finish creating your paper doll by adding a face. Think of a name for your doll. Think of trying: What other materials can you use to make paper dolls? Dry rice Crayons or markers Streamers or ribbon (optional) Tape Directions: 1. Have children decorate each plate with markers or crayons 2. Use your imagination with decorating! Glitter, ribbon, paint, or streamers adds to the fun! 3. Place dry rice inside the plate and secure it by placing the second plate on top by taping the sides 4. Put on some music once the plates dry 5. Enjoy and dance along with your new tambourine!
