I belong to a Covid support group on Facebook - not because I have had it but because as a health researcher I am interested in tracking people's symptoms. I al...so belong to a Schumann Resonance group - these are folks who follow the pulses and intensity of the earth's electromagnetic background frequencies with the belief that the earth's frequency is rising and that we are ascending to 5D. What is interesting is that one group is attributing it to a virus and another group is attributing it to "ascension symptoms". I personally think we are living in a very toxic environment, awash in chemicals and electromagnetic beams from towers and satellites and that this energy is very heavy and scattering in an of itself. Holding your body and your health and your life together as we go through the rest of this year is going to be really challenging for many people - many of you may already be starting to feel the breakdown in yourself happening - mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually. Over the last few months, I have been doing a lot of work with my voice - singing, toning, humming, discovering new dimensions of my diaphragm - and I have found that these exercises bring a sense of "lift to my heart". The heaviness of the environment wants to pull our shoulders down and around and collapse us forward - but when we open our chests and roll our shoulders back and breathe deeply and sing out from our center, it counteracts this movement. So if you are feeling down I want to invite you to put on your favorite music and start singing with as much exuberance as you can muster. Or maybe you need to play some sad songs first and have a really good cry before you can find something upbeat. If you can add in some dancing, that is even better. This Mars Retrograde period is a super intense one! Why? Mars rules Aries, so this Retrograde is more powerful than usual because Mars is on home turf in Aries for the entire Retrograde period! What does Mars Retrograde mean for us? Oh so many things! Mars is our action planet, its responsible for aggression, competitiveness, sexuality and passion. So when Mars is in backward motion, these things can feel more internalized than overt. Frustrations can arise when trying to ...get new projects in motion...we run into problems, obstacles and hurdles. We can put this time to good use however, and create plans to take action on later. Of course, we must be patient with those plans, because we are likely to reassess them after the Retrograde period is over. This Retrograde began on September 9th, and will go until November 13th. We can expect the station times around these dates to be particularly intense! There is a prequel and a sequel to the Retrograde period, which happens when Mars transits the degrees in which the Retrograde happens, so we won't fully be out of this influence until the New Year. We call this time outside the Retrograde the "shadow period."
