Lately I have been reading about and hearing people say , I am wearing my mask for you not for myself. Nice thought or is this another projected thought form that is causing you to drain your personal energy supply and instilling a huge responsibility for you to look outside yourself once again and heal the world. I am here to tell you we can not heal/ fix other people, we can only support them in their own healing, by being strong within ourselves. That thought form is just ...another way of taking away your personal power and self responsibility. If you wear a mask; wear it for you, its about self care, self worth, self trust, self resilence, self love, self respect , self empowerment, self awareness, etc. Mirror that to everyone around and you will be doing a great service to humanity at this time in our evolution. We all have old outdated programs around self care ex: we are selfish to put our self first . It's not selfish to look after you and the by product of that will benefit everyone around you. Beware of any thing that takes your attention off self care. Our words are creating our reality, make sure they are empowering you and not draining you. There are so many stories out there, it's had to discern what is right or true for you. a quick way to see if an idea or news has a high light score is to get still, and ask how it makes you feel, if it makes you feel heavy or constricted or sad, mad, etc, its not for you. If it lifts you up, you feel lighter, expanded, happy, amused - go with that one. SELF CARE, SELF CARE, SELF CARE = HEALTH & WELLNESS Fill your own cup up till it's overflowing and let others drink from your ever flowing saucer. Blessings! Valerie
