The other day my gardens and I where featured in a post by the Kootenay coop. The family who work behind the scene and did not get mentioned but helped make it all happen, so Grateful. Crafting hoops for low tunnels at my great friend Sylvans dream shop, were all wood dreams (an some steel too) come true. Know have new low tunnels to cover two 30" beds with 18" paths 120'. Sweet! Thanks yogi Sylvan for you friendship. you are amazing

Freshly Harvested Today! Sunroot, or better known as Jerusalem Artichoke. When fresh, its nice raw! kinda like sunflower seed taste with some earthly depth. Heading to the Coop tomorrow.
