Know that everything you say and think influences the manifestation of your desires. Pay attention to the inner voice and ensure that you are not sending out mixed messages to the Universe. Is your heart and mind working together or against each other? This is a time of great manifestation, be cautious on how you word things and how you are speaking to others and yourself. When we feel off track it is often due to a change in direction or because we are travelling down a path that is no longer in alignment with our Soul. Finding your centre is more important than ever. With an ever changing and unsure outer world where everyone is trying to find their footing. Centering comes down to committing to yourself and what you need to feel nourished, supported and in tune with yourself. What does your inner landscape look like right now? When you close your eyes and listen to your inner mind is it steady and calm? Are the inner voices competing to have their opinion heard? Do you find doubts? Pessim...ism? Insecurity? What is your inner landscape longing for right now in this moment? Take a few moments, right here right now and grab a pen and paper. Take a deep breath, close your eyes and let the outside world fall away. Observe what comes up, what the inner dialogue is. Write it out. Take your time with this, really noticing what's going on inside without judgement. Now lets reset, put the pen and paper down. Take a breath, get up and walk around the room once. Grab your pen and paper and find a new space to sit down in, maybe you want to set yourself up outside or just find a calm space in your home. Lets shift gears, take a deep breath...close your eyes and ask yourself "What do I need to feel centered?" "What do I need to feel stable and secure?" Write down whatever comes up. Again, no judgement... no filters just let it flow out pen to paper. Now take a look at what it is you need. Where can you find support for these needs? Where in your life can you make space for you? Reflecting on what you need and how can you make this actionable? Do you need to build a personal practice? Do you need a new morning or evening ritual to feel well cared for? What can you do or where can you reach out for support? What is one small thing you can do for you right now?

Submerse it: Water can overcome any obstacle but it take...s the slow and steady pace. placing your intention into water will help you with long term goals and help to create a slow build that grows into a large wave. Fly away: Set your intention into the winds when you are looking for flexibility or are not sure exactly how to get to your next step but are willing to be open. You can code your intention or use symbols to represent it or simply whisper it into the wind and allow the elementals to take it away Bury it: Setting your intention to the Earth signals that you are willing to be patient and allow it to grow from the roots up creating a permanent change or shift in your reality. Intentions buried in the Earth take the longest to manifest but also stay with you the longest.

Yoga has a beautiful way of teaching us about ourselves and helping us to dig deeper into the essence of who we are right here, right now. A regular practice helps to keep us connect with ourselves despite the outside noise. I have had a journey that always brought me back to practice, I would commit and stick it out for months or years and then one day I would stumble and get caught up in the noise for a time...but I always found my way back. It was that continuous return... that made me stop and reflect on what yoga meant for me and my journey. To really sit with how it helped support my body, my meditation practice, my perspective and personal clarity. Becoming a teacher was something that was on my radar for a long time, a way to deepen my personal practice and to share this journey with others. The call to teach and to share in it took the right time and place for me to be able to do it and it finally all came together. I am so grateful that I saw the opportunity and I took the leap. What if you were to lean into your discomfort? We all have coping mechanisms that we use to mask our discomfort or push it down but what would happen if just for today you allowed your self to slightly lean towards the discomfort? What if you acknowledged it, leaned in a little and allowed it to be with you? Just allowed it to stay there with you simply holding the space for it to be in? Discomfort often comes up when we are about to change, grow or head into a different and ...new direction. What is about the new that grips us in a fear based cycle? New ventures, ideas and opportunities mean unknowns. Our minds cannot predict what will happen next and so they scramble back from the edge and instill a sense of discomfort that fills your mind. In that discomfort, it points out all the things that used to make you feel safe to distract you. Discomfort and distraction are often symptoms of that deeper root, fear. Fear places us into a flight or fight state in the body and nervous system, this state masks the innate sense of oneness and ability to create your own reality. When you can lean into your discomfort and allow yourself to just BE with it, over time it transforms and what you thought was fear.was really just the doorstep of awakening. When you allow and accept that state, it shifts from fear in the mind to an expansive space inside your heartand this shifts your body to a space of rest and relax so that you can connect to your heart on a deeper level. Connecting with the heart is the gateway to accessing the Infinite Wisdom, Creativity and Abundance of the Universe. I am still feeling the effects from the moon, my sleep is a little off and the last two days it feels like an energetic hangover. So today I light an intention candle affirming smooth transitions and calming energy, I have a blend of lavender and frankincense in the diffuser and have made up a bath salt with the same oils to help calm and release the sensation of pent up energy for later. When I get this kind of energetic build up I always find it helps to clean the bathro...om- I know it seems weird but stick with me here- the bathroom usually has 3 drains- bathtub/shower, toilet and sink. The number 3 holds a vibration of wisdom, harmony and is a sacred number in many traditions. By cleaning in this space with intention I can help direct some of that energy out through the 3 drains and let it flow. It also helps me in connecting with the energy of water and the sensation of movement as well as physically seeing the water wash away giving a very tangible release along with the spiritual one. Some days it's so easy to flow with the day and keep a mindset of gratitude. It feels as though everything is in perfect flow and nothing can go wrong. Other days, things just seem to go all wrong and feel messy and out of control. But both types of days are necessary to our growth and personal development. When the difficult days show up...take a time out to just breathe and take a moment to be with your emotions. Giving yourself permission to feel what needs to be felt and love yourself in that moment and with those emotions. Embrace all of you, because being human is messy and can be crazy. Take space for yourself to be with today and whatever comes your way. Know that I see you, I see your beauty and I honour the Light that you are not matter how messy the outside world seems to be.

Embracing change has been one of my biggest struggles in life, but let's be real...everything changes. We change, the world around us changes, the people around us change. It is a fact of life, change is inevitable...but making that choice, I hate it. I chafe against it, I mentally go over the situation over and over and over with all of the possible outcomes because there is always an element of unknown when we step into a new direction. Should I stick it out? Should I wal...k away? The decision to walk away from something that you have dedicated time, energy and love into can be daunting. But then I finally do it, I make the decision, I stick to it and you know what it may not always turn out as I had hoped or built up in my mind but it does bring beautiful moments into my life that I wouldn't have had otherwise. It also brings new challenges but the beauty in those little moments makes it worthwhile. Even knowing this, there is that little voice inside that says change is scary, change is hard, change means not knowing.... and that's okay. I have learned to love and accept that little voice, I may have to overcome it but it is part of me. When was the last time you made a change? How did it work out? Energetically we are linked and this link mirrors in the DNA. We pick up traits, habits, talents and unhealed wounds from those we consider kin whether through blood or choice. In the search for healing and growth we often just look to where we... want to be rather than look back on those energies and people who have influenced us. What stories are you holding subconsciously? How many of those stories are rooted in fear? How many are rooted in Joy? Fear based stories can be buried deeply in the mind, an undercurrent that constantly influences your day to day choices and actions. Many of the fear based stories ingrained in the mind occur through our own experiences or can be stories triggered within the DNA from our Ancestors. These are stories that at one time kept us safe but are no longer needed or ...are now creating unhealthy walls and barriers. When a fear based story continues and is listened to it creates more bricks that add to defensive walls that can prevent us from seeing the bounty of opportunities and options available to us. Prosperity is very much just a state of mind. If you are seeking physical prosperity you must change your internal dialogue. Often when we cannot see our own worth. our thoughts whether conscious or subconscious are negative and filled with an internal tape of unworthiness. So, how can we change our inner dialogue? Thought programming and paradigm shifts can be achieve through meditative practices. A paradigm shift can occur by repeating 40 times over 10 days themed affirmat...ions. Thought programming meditative state: 1) Find a quiet comfortable place where you will not be distracted 2) Place a candle about a foot in front of you, it needs to be at level where you can easily gaze at the flame. 3) Play relaxing music, nature sounds or other meditation music, light some incense....basically set the stage for a shift to the meditative state. 4) Dim the lights in the room, light the candle with an intention or prayer " I light this candle in honour of the prosperity that surrounds me". Now that everything is in place you will want to achieve a light meditative state, Sit with a straight spine, feet on the floor, hands in your lap. Take 3 deep cleansing breaths, breathing in healing white Universal Light and breathing out all worries, stress and physical tensions Focus your eyes on the candle flame allowing its flames dance to bring you deeper into relaxation. Now close your eyes and in the centre of your forehead see that flame in your minds eye, holding that image to awaken your intuitive sight and bring you closer to the Higher Mind. When you cannot hold the image any longer, knowing that you have awakened your Higher Mind, softly open your eyes and repeat these 4 affirmations 10 times each. Feeling the truth in the worlds and integrating them into your conscious and subconscious mind. I am worthy of the prosperity that surrounds me I am grateful for the prosperity in my life The Universe provides me with all that I need I am a prosperous person These affirmations are just suggestions you can also make up your own to make them more specific and more person. I recommend keeping one generalized affirmation and doing no more than 3 specific ones. Remember affirmations should be made with the assumption that what you seek is already in your life.

Each time you light a candle is an opportunity, every time a candle is sparked into life it creates a flash of energy. This energy is an opportunity to set an intention or honour your ancestors or spirit guides/ teams. A candle lit without intention is a waste of positive energy that could aid in your manifestation and/or magickal practices. Candles bring forward the energy of fire, creating movement and change. So dont forget each time you light a candle, set an intention or affirmation. If you need to extinguish the candle out before it is done to always say "Your light is out but not forgotten, the magick continues to grow". This helps keep the energy moving through the Universe

Sometimes change and growth occur gradually. It is not always sudden with flashes of lightening or fireworks going off. It is not always dramatic paradigm shifts or AhHa moments. When we work on ourselves each and every day progress usually happens in a slow and steady manner so that sometimes the only way to recognize how far you have come is to pause and reflect back. The work that you have put in is creating progress, it's much like starting a new fitness program...you... dont always notice the results until someone else points them out or you see a picture of yourself from 6 weeks ago. Slow and steady progress is just as valuable and sometimes even more Important than the sudden shifts because it is ingrained in you, there is less chance of sliding back into old patterns because you have rewired everything in a careful and dedicated manner. So take a moment today and look back at yourself 6 months ago and 12 months ago. What's changed? How have you stretched past your comfort zone...even if it's just a toe over the line...that is progress and should be celebrated!!!
