My new morning ritual
I made my own sauerkraut.. very simple fermentation process of salt and cabbage. I’ll share the link if you want it! Mine is salty this time but delicious 5 days later
I have been busy working out .. 15 min HIIT workouts - with rests - 1 hr walks in the glorious fresh air !! Keep moving .. find 20 mins a day then build on that !!
What a great sweat 1st workout of three this week ! Only 15 mins and a 5 min burnout focused on my stress levels and times that I needed a break and actually took them ! I feel awesome
Starting a new routine geared towards correcting my stress response for healthy hormone release while coordinating my intensity with my cycle for efficient fat burn. I am no longer allowed to run like I was or even go for power walks .. a casual slow stroll for an hour today .. 3 total days of HIIT and resistance .. no more .. 20 mins each. This mild approach will be the hardest thing I’ve done yet
