Though the record availability section of the following FamilySearch workshop led by Daniel Schlyter is now somewhat dated, the information in this workshop is still useful for those beginning their eastern European research.

We publish a variety of articles in our quarterly journal, East European Genealogist, on a multitude of topics. Some are historical in nature to provide context to eastern European genealogical research. Others highlight different types of records one may encounter.
