As the situation surrounding COVID-19 continues to evolve on a daily basis and impact human health and markets around the world, we’d like to share with you how our offices are responding. Thank you for your understanding as we all work through this difficult time together. Office Protocol: -We are reducing volume of patients to the office in accordance with COVID 19 recommendations of social distancing. -Please wash your hands in the bathroom before proceeding to the front d...esk -Please come alone or with only one person (including children) if absolutely necessary to accompany you. This means that the whole family is not to come in and wait in the office or in the exam room. Each person may come in with one other person including children. -We will be using disinfectant wipes on all non-critical surfaces and devices such as front desk counters, chin rests, forehead rests, examination room chairs, telephones, waiting room chairs, and cleaning our frames regularly. -We will be scheduling frame selection appointments to keep our dispensing side at a low volume Our clinics have taken steps in order to protect the safety and well-being of our patients, employees, their families, and service providers, while also ensuring that our business is fully operational. Our doctors and its employees are following CDC guidelines and government regulations for limiting the spread of contagions. We are optimistic that with these practices in place, and your continued support, we will limit the spread and impact of COVID-19. If the situation changes, we will be sure to communicate accordingly.
