We’re taking your health very seriously here at EVSRC, and want you to know what we are doing about it. To follow suit with Provincial health recommendations for Phase 2 COVID-19 re-opening, we are implementing safety and sanitization measures to protect you and our team. As per our industry peers and close friends, we have adopted strict guidelines to make patient care and treatment as seamless, thoughtful, clean, and effective during this pandemic. An example of what to exp...ect: Clients. * 1 bathroom will be for client usage (wash hands, emergency bathroom needs, however, we’d ask you to use use your own bathroom before arriving to clinic. * Clients will enter the front door (entrance nearest the parking lot, with stairs), and will pay for treatment/session prior to treatment. * All treatment sessions in designated PRIVATE rooms as indicated by EVSRC Team. * Arrive on time. There will be no early access to the clinic. * COVID-19 Pre-screening survey for both client and EVSRC team upon clinic entry and via Jane scheduling system. * Come fully dressed in proper attire (treatment wear will NOT be available). * Please do not bring family members unless required (or they can also wait outside OR in vehicle) * Please bring your own face mask and PPE as needed. * Once client has completed treatment, wash hands, and exit at the back-entrance to minimize front desk area traffic. * Stay home if sick (or showing any signs or symptoms). Sanitization and Safety. * Proper screening procedures, frequent hand washing, physical distancing measurements, and staying home when ill remains the best way to prevent the spread of COVID-19. * EVSRC mandatory use of mask during treatment for clinician and client. * Rooms to be fully cleaned between client treatments. * Access to hand sanitizer, cleaning supplies, and PPE at all times. * Staggered treatment times to avoid cross contamination. * Constant surface cleaning through-out the day. * Deep fog disinfectant protocols for the clinic post business hours. Everyday is a new beginning, and just because a day ends, doesn’t mean that our hopes and dreams end. . These past 6 weeks have been difficult on everybody. Losing family members, dealing with health issues, financial challenges, stuck-points for clarity, lack of motivation or desire to improve, or stresses in even trying to contemplate what the future may look like. .... In these trying times, let’s look for the stars when we feel like the sun has set. These stars can be our loved one that can give us joy, our friends that can provide us with comfort, our leaders that work to create stability, and most importantly ourselves to stand still, move forward, step back, adjust, and keep moving when we need it the most. . We hope everyone is doing well, We wish everyone a happy and healthy week moving forward, We can’t wait to see everyone soon. . The EVSRC Team
