Well, it’s March, winter is flying by and the real estate market here in the GTA seems to be keeping up and up.
How was the Real Estate in 2020?

30 days... your home not SOLD I had seen some of the listings of the houses not sold for more than 4 weeks to 6 weeks in this hot real estate market. The reason is the sellers looking for unreasonable prices for their property or the agents did not educate them about the comparable in their neighbourhood. If any property over priced and sitting in the market it creates a bad history. Do an appraisal to know your house value then realistically list the price. Some agents they only listen to the sellers because they don’t want to lose the listing opportunity in fact they are ruining their reputation. Get the right advise and do the right thing.
