This summer, we will be working with ten seniors to assist them with a vegetable garden in their own backyard or on their deck. Gardening has lots of benefits f...or our physical and mental health, not to mention the fresh vegetables we will be able to grow together! Our first bed is just about ready. We can't wait for planting season to begin. Many thanks to the East Cape Breton County Community Health Board for their financial support of this project.
