Board # 1 is 2 lb smoked salmon, 2 .250 grams of smoked blueberry pate, 1 lb salmon chunks, 1 lb salmon candy with cream cheese, red pepper jelly garnished with blueberries blackberries raspberries, olives and cheese on a cedar plank. Valued at $150. We proudly used NB farmed salmon, NB blueberries and NB maple syrup and wash it down with a NB beverage. Draw will take place Friday July 31rst at 10am. TAG A FRIEND!
