Being such a nice day out there with the sun out, we figured we might as well add a little splash of color to our site. We now have rainbow mermaid scales in both permanent and HTV. We've had many customers say they'd like a pattern we have but a different color or a different size. We do all of our own patterns in-house and can change sizes, colors, etc. to whatever you need!

We'll certainly have to update our FAQ's on our site. We had several customers, yesterday alone, worried about bothering us and asking if they order yesterday, can they pick up today. Running our shop, the way that we run it, is pretty unique. We welcome last-minute orders and will do your order next if you put it in the notes that you'd like to pick it up soon or put in a specific time. The only thing that takes time is patterned vinyl, all other orders can be ready in as l...ittle as 5-10 minutes. Never worry about putting in an order with us and bothering us AT ALL. We are here to help! As long as it's during business hours, we'll do whatever we can to get your order done, even if you are just in town for a short while. Thank you!

Happy Wednesday crafters. Sometimes uploading images into Design Space can be tricky to clean up if it is an image, let's say, from Google. I wanted to share with you guys a site that cleans up the background for you. It isn't perfect but definitely helps clean it up so the amount of work you need to do isn't so much. Hey all! We've been super busy here since Christmas and it's going to be time to relax soon. We've decided to take an extra-long weekend this weekend to regenerate and spend time with our family. Our Easter hours will be as follows: Thursday, April 1st - 9am to 6pm Friday, April 2nd - Closed Saturday, April 3rd - Closed... We try to do something nice, supporting our local small businesses with a giveaway to give them greater exposure and help them reach a customer base maybe they didn't have access to before. Every time we try to have a giveaway, scam accounts pop up and ruin our day dealing with it. I want to say a special thank you to all of you for the bombardment of phone calls and messages that came in letting us know. Also, for everyone that reported it. Please, NEVER EVER give your cred...it card information out for a giveaway of any sort (website, phone calls) and ALWAYS look at the name of the business that's offering you a freebie as it has to exactly match the actual name of the business on Facebook. Like previously mentioned in another post, we'll never ever ask anyone for credit card information over chat and all of our payments can be done online on our secured SSL website (https//eastcoastvinyl.ca) or payment can be taken over the phone. Hope everyone had a great day! Since this is our first Christmas at the shop I thought it would be nice to have handmade ornaments fill our tree. So starting next week if you'd like, you can drop off ornaments. It can be made by your kiddos or you...pretty much anyone Be as creative as you'd like P.s. construction paper and macaroni is highly recommended lol

Since Friday morning, we've been busy getting orders out the door as fast as possible. The response for patterned vinyl (both Oracal and Siser) has been overwhelming and confirms that you all were right and we made the right decision going in this direction. Today we were supposed to be in the shop from 8am until noon and it ended up being 7:30 until 3pm and we'll be back in tomorrow trying to catch up. Our printer has been printing vinyl non-stop and we are still waiting on ...our cutter/plotter to arrive in the next 1-2 weeks. For the time being, it's a lot of manual cutting so things are getting out a little slower but that just means more hours from us! As soon as we receive our cutter, it'll be much quicker so please bear with us for the next little bit and we'll keep getting orders out asap! P.S. - almost all orders so far for this weekend have been printed, just not all packaged yet and all orders placed up until this moment will be out for Mondays truck!
