I’m so excited and proud to share with you The Hunter Chef Cookbook, cover reveal and presale!!! www.thehunterchef.com Special thanks to Penguin Books Canada ...& Jody Shapiro #thehunterchef About 10 years ago I decided I was going to write a cookbook. I wanted to inspire others to learn more about where their food came from. I began to eat more of a natural diet after viewing documentaries surrounding factory farming and GMO foods. My family and friends were completely fascinated with my increased obsession with hunting and foraging. It seemed kind of funny to me because what I was doing was not new at all, it’s where we came from. The quest for wild ingredients is also fuelled by the chef in me. To search for the best tasting ingredients possible. For me this isn’t just a recipe book on how to cook wild ingredients. It’s a look at a different, way of life where the purest of food comes first. My hope is that it inspires you to take a look at where your food comes from! I would like to thank so many people but here’s a few who helped on this journey. To my fellow hunters and chefs whom I admire so much and continue to learn from. Thank you for the wonderful things you wrote about this book. Jeremy Charles Alexatala MeatEater & Jim Shockey. Special thanks to Daniel Haas and the whole MossyOak Outdoors family for giving me a home away from home. #wildfood #foraging #realfood #inspiredbythewild #hunting
