If you LOVE to sing, join us in Westport on Sunday afternoons for Some Kind of Choir!
Jazz Intensive All-Day A Capella Workshop: Saturday December 7th 10am - 3:30pm Location: Elgin St. area, Golden Triangle (address will be released to participants)... A Cappella Jazz is full of tricks and twists; these songs will keep you on your toes! We will be focusing on technique, dynamics, finding ease in the progression between the craziest chords ever, and creating a balanced blend of voices within the challenges of Jazz. If you’ve never done Jazz before, the Intensives are a great introduction! The all-day aspect gives us time to blast through a song(s), to get a strong foundation and to accelerate the participant’s learning process. Remember, I teach by ear; so, while sight reading is helpful, it is not necessary. Songs we are working on are; Sentimental Journey Somewhere Everybody Wants To Be A Cat $90 each. Please email me if you have questions; I love questions! Lee -- Lee Hayes: www.leehayes.ca Lee Hayes: A Cappella GODDESS! Choir Mistress Extraordinaire! Voice Teacher. Choir Director. Singer.
