A year ago our friends Deb and John Emerton came to our aid with a work bee to help open up Cedar Knoll Camps after my scare with Sepsis. Strangers giving up a ...Saturday to help us who where strangers to them. A year later Eric and I were able to pay it back with helping my friend Kim Tye whose friend Tina who is a 40 year old wife and mother of two young kids who was diagnosed with breast cancer at Christmas time. Here is Kim in the pink T-shirt holding the two raffle prizes. Trudy Simpson of Newboro along with three friends will be spending a weekend with us. Lynn Berthiaume and her husband Guy and their new puppy with be spending a week at CKC! Here is hoping that as strangers we have made a difference in Tina’s life as the strangers did last year in ours. See more
