Ran at brockville for the 2013 season. Sat as a spare from 2014-2018. I ran 5 to 8 races in 2018, a complete season at brockville in 2019 and 3 races in 2020 St...rong running crate, never ran hot and has ran Joe Gibbs xp3 since new. Will come as it would from gm 2500

Well the 4 car is retired again. The car raced from 1968 to 1975 winning many races along the way. Then had a tough life sitting in a field for 30 years until i...t's restoration in 2007. The old car regained it's glory again racing competitively from 2012 through to 2020 winning a a few feature events and capturing three vintage series championships in 2017, 2018 and 2019. The car has recently been sold to a race car collector for his collection here in Kingston. Being parked in a heated garage along with other race cars with storied pasts is certainly much better than it last so called retirement in 1976. See more

R75 RANDY GAUDET: This past season, Randy competed in the 70s/80s class for Polite Vintage Racing after learning that the team’s driver (Kenny Polite) would unfortunately not be able to race due to medical reasons. Although we would have all liked to see Kenny out on the racetrack in 2020, Randy is very thankful for the opportunity that he was given by the Polites. In addition, since Kenny will not be getting back behind the wheel of his race car in 2021, Randy will be happy ...to represent Polite Vintage Racing again next year. Although Randy has only raced for one year in the vintage division, he has raced in the street stock, sportsman, and modified divisions for a combined total of seventeen years. Since Randy has lived in North Augusta for his entire life, he has always been within minutes of the Brockville Ontario Speedway, where he spent a lot of time as a young child and developed a strong interest in racing. For his first full-time job, Randy worked as a mechanic for Harold Billings, who introduced him to Denzil Billings Sr. Denzil was then able to lend Randy a hand and give him advice when setting up his first sportsman car. Randy, with the help of his wife Sherry, purchased many of his own race cars over the years, but has also driven cars owned by Bill Plooy, Keith Dingwall, as well as Gill and Ron Evoy. Randy would like to thank his family, friends, fans, pit crew and everyone who has supported him throughout his racing career. Randy has won over fifty feature races with forty-six of those wins in the sportsman division at the Brockville Ontario Speedway, making Randy the winningest sportsman driver in BOS history. Randy also holds three Sportsman Track Championship titles at the BOS for 1998, 1999 and 2001. Then, when Randy made the leap to the modified division in 2003, he received the Rookie of the Year Award, which was followed by two feature wins in 2004. Randy likes how the vintage division is very competitive with clean, hard racing and drivers who are always willing to help their fellow competitors when needed. Randy would like to thank Steve Billings and Kayla Charland for all their hard work in making EOVSCC a successful club, where all the drivers and fans feel like family. When he is not at the racetrack, Randy likes playing hockey, spending time outdoors and working on cars. Randy has been employed at a pipe and fabrication plant for thirty-five years, where he began as a welder and is now a maintenance technician. See more
