Happy St. Paddy's Day Holiday to all our friends, family and clients!

Eastern Composite Services 28.04.2021

A HUGE thank you and a note of appreciation for the Coast Guard! Rescuers saved all 31 crew members from the fishing vessel Atlantic Destiny hours before the vessel sank Wednesday. The ship was in distress and taking on water after a fire off the southwest coast of Nova Scotia Tuesday night.... Our thoughts are with our client OCI, crew members and their families!

It’s remembered as the one of the darkest days in the history of the Newfoundland & Labrador offshore. Twelve years ago today, Cougar Flight 491 crashed into the ocean off St. John’s, claiming the lives of 17 people. Our thoughts and prayers remain with the friends and family that were impacted.

Always remember to be kind to one another! Humans spend so much time and energy focusing on the negatives that affect us. When a moment of kindness appears, it’s as if a fog has been lifted... just for a moment. It’s lovely. It makes us feel good. We smile. But, then the fog rolls back in and we go back to ‘the norm’ of our daily lives. We don’t put in the effort to truly appreciate and reflect on those moments. Put it in action! ... #worldkindnessday #makekindnessthenorm

October is about more than just raising awareness of breast cancer. It's about joining a collective of Canadians who are proving that life is bigger than breast cancer. This collective helps fund the best breast cancer research, provides the largest cancer support system in the country, and advocates on behalf of all Canadians for important social change. Let's make space in the conversation so young people's voices are heard. #RethinkingPink.
