Good morning everyone. We are saddened by the news that one of our club member's, Shawn MacLeod, wife passed away on Wednesday. Shawn was an eager new member to the club a few years ago and became an integral board member in 2017-2018. He was also one of the first players to play with the Div 1 and Div 2 relationship we've built with the Pigdogs. Their new family is now one member short and he was also just medically released from the military. A friend and I started up a gofundme to help support him and their daughter. NEW PROGRAM SHE PLAYS RUGBY is a new program taking place in Truro, NS for self identifying girls from ages 11-14! The program will include leadership wor...kshops, creating safe spaces sessions and of course flag rugby!
