At our Underpinning Project in little Italy. The party wall was supposed to be underpinned from back in 2012. They did not underpin the foundation properly (Entire width of the party wall), so now we have to fix their work from our side. Sad to see... not only is what they did theft and illegal, but they make the rest of us hard working guys look bad!
