My favourite homemade crackers!
Hola! I just got back from Costa Rica! It was amazing!! If you haven’t been I highly recommend it. While there I did some cooking. Creating local dishes is pretty easy. Use rice, beans, meat and your good to go.... To be honest I was a little disappointed in how simple it was. But I had lots of fun cooking the dishes, and they tasted amazing! I learned one important lesson while there - fry plantains in coconut oil. They don’t have much flavour otherwise. I loved the package of refried beans, they were so good!
