Round 2 of Mediterranean Fusion tonight! Isn't that celery root beautiful? Next week will be Awesome Asian in Armstrong

All set for tonight's class in Armstrong. Mediterranean theme. Italian Cherry Soda, celery root (celeriac) salad with lemon turmeric vinaigrette, 4 onion polenta with puttanesca sauce, and Budino di Riso (orange flavoured rice pudding with candied oranges)
