We operate a helpline and instant chat service to offer support, resources, and... referrals to folks affected by eating disorders. You can reach the helpline online at NEDIC.ca (look for the green START CHAT button), or by phone 1-866-NEDIC-20 or 416-340-4156. We offer outreach and education workshops about eating disorders and/or body image and self-esteem to a variety of audiences. We have a free body image, self-esteem and critical media literacy curriculum for grades 4-8 available in English at beyondimages.ca and (in partnership with ANEB) in French at audeladelimage.ca.
