Crisp, bright, beautiful morning. A much shorter run today, but I’m pleased with my pace again and want to share. There were a couple of points where it felt too fast, but I just reminded myself to breathe, and that it wasn’t going to last forever. Fenna and I ran 10k at a super speedy (for me!) pace today, and set personal records for both 5 and 10k distances. In fact, the 10k was almost 7 minutes faster than my previous record. I have no idea what I did differently today, but I WAS looking forward to a virtual post-run coffee date with @ajhorizon81 and @kandice_a789 (we missed @shellynicki today ).
