15 years ago, I learned how to appreciate every aspect of natural food while I was participating in the first yoga retreat in Korea. My master led us to take time to enjoy every moment of the meal. We first enjoyed the appearance and fragrance of each dish and sent our gratitude to whoever prepared the dishes. The farmers, cooks and anyone involved in preparing our meal. We were fully grateful for the opportunity to be at the moment and aware of what we were enjoying. I still... take at least a moment to notice the beautiful colours of any real food, thank god for everything I have to enjoy food. My fingers, wrists, knives, chopping boards and so on. This purple napa cabbage was from one of our favourite local organic farms and I couldn’t resist to take a photo of its beautiful, vibrant colour. We sautéed the cabbage with local organic beef from another farm and added my homemade kimchi. Soothing and satisfying meal after some stressful time. Food is memories and those memories will be engraved in every cell in your body. Cherish each moment of your meal prep time and eating it. It IS the best remedy for every ailments we go through everyday. See more

**** It’s been already a year and time to be informed about the truth. **** Sharing from a friend; OK - lets look at the reported NB Data for COVID:... 555 cases 38 Hospitalized 32 released This means that well over 90% of all cases are similar to dealing with the flu - although some I have spoken to that have tested positive have cold-like symptoms, or none at all. Of all "serious" cases, (I'd suggest hospitalizations are serious), 84% recover. Could we please have the same data for influenza? How many cases a year? How many hospitalizations? How many recovery and how many die? Can we please compare? And then can someone who works at health please look at the complications due to lockdowns? Increase in suicides? Increase in EMT responses? Number of small businesses declaring bankruptcy? Is any government employee going to actually ask tough questions and provide real answers to the public? I'm not dishing our initial response. I'm not saying remove everything. I'm saying - now that these measures are disrupting our lives for an undisclosed amount of time, and affecting many other aspects of human health and well-being - we need to make informed decisions; transparent decisions. There has been a TON of new information since March, and many PhD's who have alternative perspectives. Now we are being told that nothing goes ahead until everyone is vaccinated? Companies that cannot be sued for malpractice are rushing to be the first to capitalize on government-panicked purchase? When other doctors are saying Vitamin D and Ivermectin can prevent and heal this easily? Why is our Health department not speaking about this? If there are issues - why not address them - publicly? It is very similar to the approach to glyphosate spraying. Solid independent research shows clearly there are huge issues with it, health concerns up to and including cancer..... If this science is faulty - address it! Say so! Ignoring the truth doesn't mean it does not exist. If it isn't, then for heaven's sake, look after the public! What is so difficult about honesty and transparency?

Sharing from a friend Mandating an experimental injection on any population for a virus that has 99%+ survival rate would open door for more government and medical/pharmaceutical control over our bodily autonomy. Informed consent and do no harm should be the primary goals of any medical or public health interventions. Glad doctors in America are voicing their concerns. Wish Canadian health care professionals would do the same. Nurses in our province are being asked to risk t...heir career and livelihood if they don’t consent. If it can happen to them, it can happen to all of us. Stopmedicaldiscrimination.org

Charlie at 7 weeks old, he climbed up 2 feet high playpen and escaped. 7 weeks after, this morning, he figured out how to unlock the crate and got out of it by himself. There are quite a few other things that he’s figured out how to all by himself. He jumps high and runs fast. His fur is so soft and yup, he’s darn cute. He proves that good quality raw food and supplements work the best for overall health and beauty. Of course all the love he gets too! Some say I should prepare to do agility with him but I’d be more interested in modeling opportunities. But first thing first, I gotta get a lock now!

I’m not vegetarian so I eat meats. I only try my best not to consume meats produced at inhuman farms. Very disappointed with the news but very grateful for having some of nice local farmers.
