CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS IS A WORKING DOG? No seriously! This is Redding and he is an emotional support dog. We go everywhere together. He is nothing short of a SUPER HERO!... During my darker days, I was struggling with addiction, anxiety and lack of self love. Thankfully, Redding came into my life and we began our beautiful journey together. Redding saved my life! Redding helps keep me calm and relaxed. He helps by lowering anxiety, alleviating loneliness, reducing stress, reducing depression and increasing pleasure. He #improvesmymood! This is a picture after spending a day on the water on our paddle board (at one of our favourite places). Redding LOVES his time in the water and on the board. He has become quite the boarder! I love to give him days like this because he truly has given me my life back. I am forever grateful for him.
