Hey everyone! I'm back at it testing some new wrinkle cream! I couldn't wait until tonight to try it on before I went to bed and I can tell you it feels really lovely and smells even better!... Organic Calendula oil, Organic Frankincense essential oil, and a few other lovely ingredients make up this wonderful cream. I have some testers who have offered to take it for a test drive for me and will let you all know what the end results are.

How is summer everyone? We have been busy little bees. Found a beekeeper at a local farmers market who was kind enough to sell me some of his beeswax. It's been twice filtered, but still has a lovely honey scent to it. Just made some new lip balms with it, the honey and coconut together makes a delish smelling and tasting balm.

Wondering for those that have used more than one container of the deodorant, if you have found a difference in the strength between different batches. I have one client who mentioned she noticed it didn't seem to be working as well in her most recent batch - we weren't sure if it was simply that it was summer, so she is perspiring more or if it had stopped working for her.

Summer heat got you feeling less than fresh? I just made a new batch of unscented deodorant for an order and have 2 left over.

Made some fabric softener last week - have used it a few times this week, so far I've liked it. Will continue using it this month and will report back.

Lots of orders coming in for our Deodorant this last few weeks. One container lasts the average user 3-4 months depending on how much they use each day. We make this awesome blend in small batches - 3 containers worth of product at a time, need to mix the dry ingredients, then mash the organic coconut oil in and work the product for about 20 - 25 minutes before it becomes the right consistency. I've had a few people request scent be added - what is your favorite scent?

ahhh, Saturday - when we are in town - my husband calls these my laboratory days. Today - trying organic cough drops. Wish me luck!

I see tiny snowflakes and feel a chill in the air. A perfect time to take a nice hot bath! My eucalyptus, peppermint bath soak is a great way to work on clearing out those sinuses if you are suffering from a cold.

Surprise visit from one of the twin Australian nieces this weekend for about 10 hours. They both have super long hair and live in a humid climate. The natural made Anti Frizz oil has been well received by one and an extra is heading back to OZ for her stunt double to test and try out for me.

Hubby did not pack his electric shaver very well on this weeks trip, which resulted in a broken shaver, 4 days vacation stubble growth and a panic situation this evening when he realized he needed to shave somehow before work tomorrow. His answer... ask wife to just whip some up. Can't complain, made for a fun evening in the laboratory (Kitchen) and a few for him to try. I'll let you all know how it works out in the next few weeks.

Lots of folks suffering from eczema talking to me lately, the eczema cream has a soft scent of Rosemary with colloidal oatmeal. Lovely stuff.

Tackling shampoo again - this time - with suds! So far, I'm loving it. 6 ingredients! Natural and organic, no chemicals. Love it!

Been playing with mixing different scents this last few weeks, ran across a scent that reminded me of that bathroom spray that is so widely known these days. You simply spray it into your toilet and it creates a barrier of essential oil which works to cover any bathroom scents.

The latest product I have been playing with and testing different recipes for: Toner. It helps to brighten skin, reduce the appearance of pore size and anti-bacterial to prevent acne. Use it in the morning prior to putting make up on, as well as at night after you have cleaned your skin before going to bed.... I think I've found the right recipe and will keep using and report back in.

How about a lovely, lightly scented, silky powder to apply after you use your bath oil? Blending together powders, cosmetic clays, essential oils, herbs and flowers creates this luxurious addition to your bath time ritual.

Winter is no good for this gals skin, so I've been reading up on and playing with mixing different nourishing and moisturizing oils for after bath or after shower. I'll test the latest mix and let you know how it goes! Wish me luck!

We had a successful day at the WestJet Fall Fair! Some sales were made, and I met a bunch of new people who share similar thoughts regarding the detrimental chemicals and additives we are finding more and more often in our daily use products. Many thanks to my sister and a few friends who dropped by to help through the day!

Today has been a busy day, spent the day making six flavors of lip balm for our upcoming sale next week - Mint, Strawberry, French Vanilla, non-scented, Cherry and Rosemary mint!

I am excited to announce that I am taking part in a Fair next week - my first opportunity to present the products I love making and using, to people other than friends, family and people I have met through others. I've spent the last few weeks planning which products to take and have been working on natural remedies and my natural and organic daily use products. Let me know if you are interested in details.

If you are like me, you get dry itchy skin in the winter and if you are prone to eczema - you may get flare ups like I do during the colder months. I have spent a great deal of time reading up on natural remedies for this and just whipped up a new batch of cream for a client. Essential Oil, colloidal oatmeal and Organic oils combine to make a soothing cream.

Things just got real around here people! I have 50 lip balm tubes! I'm making some tonight - Flavored (mint, berry) or plain? Opinions?

Liquid spray deodorant. You're up! Testing taking place this week, if I like it - expect it to be added to the personal products line shortly. I love the solid with coconut oil, but wanted something that I could travel with that wouldn't melt if I was anywhere warm (Phoenix - are you hearing me??) I'll keep you in the loop.

Up and at 'em early this morning. Creating the mood enhancing sprays this week had me thinking about perfume blends. I have been reading up on essential oil based perfumes and opted to make one this morning - Lavender, Vanilla and Chamomile blend made this AM - I'm wearing it today - if you are around me, give me a sniff and let me know what you think of it.

Made a new foot refresher/deodorizer spray today. Tried it on husband's feet (it works !!) The smell is a mix of Peppermint and Tea Tree. Lovely and refreshing for those days when you are on your feet all day!

I made some new dog treats tonight - Banana Honey - believe it! Testing by my sister's lab tomorrow! Next up tomorrow night: Peanut Butter Bacon! She is going to have a dog day afternoon on me soon....

The Mosquito repellent has had one tester last weekend - it seemed to work as well as a name brand mosquito repellant. Two more test groups this weekend will give me better understanding and if all goes well, I'll add it to the product line.

A large shipment of new organic and natural ingredients came in today. I see a weekend of creating ahead.

Spent an enjoyable few days in the states and visited a bunch of new health / natural stores. Picked up two new different kinds of African Shea butter and essential oils and cannot wait to make some new lotion bars, lip balms, new mommie and baby items and other goodies. Stay tuned for pics!
