It has been so good to get back to work in the studio! Week one started wonderfully with getting to meet and photograph this fantastic individual! Leanne is a realtor and has joined up with the dynamic Royal LePage Prime team. With her amazing personality she is going to do great things there! And we are back! Provincial lockdowns have seen photographers unable to do in person services since mid Nov. until this past weekend. I have to say I was glad for the rest but missed the clients! I did need to do one headshot over the break- my husband found there is an advantage of being in lockdown with a photographer- he was asked to present at a webinar this week and of course needed a headshot to hand in for it about a month ago.( Can you believe In the 12 years I have been a photographer I never did a headshot for him!?). We got it done! Wish him luck as he presents on Thursday! The studio is open to individual portraits and same household family sessions. Booking now for March!

2020 has been quite the year. I for one am looking forward to the New year and hoping restrictions will be lifted soon and I will again be able to provide in person services! I am missing my clients!! Pixie and I wish all our clients a very Happy Holiday with your household and wishing you and yours a very Happy New Year!

After this year, I do not think I will ever take for granted that I am able to see and be with loved ones. I am so grateful that my family was able to take our annual family picture right before provincial numbers went down to limits of 5. So grateful to be able to make cards with the images and be able to send them out this season! Which brings me to my point. A reminder to my clients who were planning on making cards this year- the time is NOW. The postal service and delivery agencies are saying already they are expecting record amounts of delivery. You need to order the cards now -receive them, and then get them mailed out to their destinations! Happy Creating!

Well, and here we are. Looks like this weekends minisessions will be cancelled until further notice. Lets be safe, and be kind to each other! I know I will miss my clients over the next few weeks. I just want to say a heartfelt thank-you to those who kept me busy with work this Fall!! First stay home project, off to set-up my Christmas tree.

Kat and I have been working together creating images of pets and their humans for over 11 years! (Wow time goes fast). We had a super great turn out for our Fall sessions held in Sept. and so we thought we would offer a Holiday session day on Nov. 14th. We are following covid protocols and I use a telephoto lens, so I am always a great distance from clients. The time slots are filling up fast and just as we did in Fall, we are opening it up to others who may not have a pet. Contact info.
