We are Closed to the Public - but OPEN for CYCLING ECCLESTONE CYCLE COVID-19 OPERATIONS At the request of our Provincial Government, all non-essential businesses have been asked to close. Under the guidelines released by the Government of Ontario, bicycle repair has been deemed an essential service. In keeping with the best practices outlined by Ontario’s Chief Medical Officer of Health, we have made the decision to close our shop to the public - but will remain operation...al behind the scenes to ensure you and your family can continue to cycle. We know that to cyclists we are an important part of your world. Your two wheeled friend brings you mental and physical well being and access to food and daily essentials. We are here to support you. Our legendary service and friendly practices will have to be put on hold temporarily while we strive to serve your basic and emergency cycling needs in the most safety conscious ways possible. Therefore, effect immediately we will only be available to serve you by appointment. Appointments can be made Wednesday through Saturday between 11am and 4pm. Our doors will be locked and admittance will not be accepted without a prior appointment. Only one customer will be allowed to enter the store at a time and we will be attempting to coordinate all our service and purchase transactions to proceed in a distanced/contact free fashion. In preparation for spring our store and service departments are well stocked with all cycling essentials and of course a complete selection of bicycles. Simply ask, and we will attempt to facilitate your request. Sadly, this is not the time to bowse, tire kick, or test ride our entire inventory of bicycles. Nor is this the time to bring along a spouse, house mate, or young helper. We kindly ask that those returning from International/USA travel and folks not feeling well refrain from requesting an appointment or entering the shop at this time. Given the current reality of COVID-19 we are utilizing additional sanitizing practices and asking that you help us maintain a social distance and a contact free shopping and service experience. At this time we have not called upon our seasonal employees to return to work for the 2020 season. Operations will be entirely conducted by owners Ian and Allison to limit exposure to our incredible team. We look forward to having our entire crew back to serve you when this situation settles.
