Attention December 2020 grads and new alumni - Boost Your Career with Labatt’s Leadership Accelerator Program! What is the Leadership Accelerator Program? The Labatt Leadership Accelerator Program is designed to attract, hire, and retain candidates who identify as People of Colour, Indigenous, and anyone who identifies with a historically underrepresented group. By building from the structure and success of the GMT program, we will launch a new leadership accelerator dedicate...d to attracting a more diverse employee population, while also creating the internal support structure needed to ensure success. We are targeting candidates with 1-3+ years of professional experience following their Undergrad. Candidates who are graduating in December 2020 are also eligible to apply granted they have work experience. How long is the program and when does it start? The program is 12 months and will kick off January 2021. During the 12 months, the candidates will work on business-critical projects. This can be in Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, etc depending on interest in addition to business needs. What is the Interview Timeline? Applications close this Sunday November 22nd.
