Our stage design gives us a powerful picture of what Christ did on the cross. We're looking at Romans 5:1-11 these next two Sundays. God's love is poured into our hearts by His Holy Spirit because Christ's blood was shed on the cross so that we could stand in His grace. The powerless become powerful in Him. The ungodly are welcomed into God's presence. Sinners become saints. And enemies of God become His adopted sons and daughters, holy and beloved in His sight.
