2021 Beef Price List Mini 10lb Box= $100 (4xground, 1 roast, 3xsteaks)... Small 20lb box = $195 (8xground, 1 roast, then steak) Large 40lb box =$370 (15xground, 2xroast, possible stew/ braising ribs then steak) Ground beef, organs and oxtail are $6.50/lb Beef Meat Pies $48 for a box of 12 personal pies or $4 each. Beef Octoberfest Sausage $6 for a pkg of 4 (Gluten free) Side/Half is $5/lb hung weight Front Quarter is $5.50/lb hung weight Mixed Quarter is $5.75/lb hung weight Back/Hind Quarter is $6.50/lb hung weight If you have any questions, please dont hesitate to ask. Unfortunately, just like everything else, our butchering costs have increased.
