#Repost @riderbiomechanicscoach Here's a cue that you often hear in the arena. Sit Tall.... In this little video the rider starts by 'sitting tall'. What she quickly experiences is tension and shallow breathing. The rider is then cued to allow movement in her spine, following the natural curves of the spine. The impact on her seat is really significant with more fluidity and increased ability to move with this very reliable horse When you understand how the body moves, you are able to influence the movement.
