We've been busy preparing this classic from Valencia. Saffron rice tumbled with sautéed peppers, onions, peas, diced chorizo, prawns, mussels, clams and calamari. New addition this week - Med Express heat and serve!

We slow braised this chuck roast for 36 hours at 137 with root veggies. Next we're adding red wine, button mushrooms, pearl onions, potatoes and bacon and will let it simmer for the rest of they day.
