Today, @TRCA_HQ along with local dignitaries officially opened seven new publicly available electric vehicle (EV) charging stations in Caledon. The EV charging stations were made possible through @NRCan Zero Emission Vehicle Infrastructure Program (ZEVIP).

The Town of Caledon has released a draft of its updated Community Climate Change Action Plan (CCCAP), and is asking for feedback from residents and stakeholders.... The plan outlines actions that can be taken by all sectors and communities in Caledon, including the Town’s own policies, procedures and operations, to significantly reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and adapt to climate impacts. Backyard Food Gardens - Canadians are getting their hands dirty! With physical distancing measures in effect, why not grow produce and herbs from the comfort of your own homes and donate the extra homegrown crops to local food banks and community organizations. Growing vegetables from plants instead of seeds are suggested for beginners.... For the first time-gardener, it’s best to pick plants that are easiest to grow. Vegetables like radishes, herbs, lettuce, tomatoes, kale, swiss chard and squash. Gardening is fun for the entire family!!
