Victory! Youth-led climate case prevails over government's attempt to strike it down. In a landmark decision from the court, seven courageous young people suing the Government of Ontario for climate inaction will get their day in court. This is the first time a Canadian court has recognized that the harms caused by climate change can engage our Charter protected rights to life, liberty and security of the person.
